CoachHARMONErnest Harmon is the owner and technical director of the school. He grew up in Liberia, West Africa, where soccer is an integral part of the culture. He was captain of his high school team and began playing for the Liberian National team while a senior. After he emigrated to the United States, he played briefly for the NY Arrows in the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL). He also played Division 1 Collegiate Soccer at St. Francis College.

Coach Ernest came to the Westchester area in 2006 after coaching for many years in the Long Island Junior Soccer League (LIJSL). He is currently the boy’s varsity coach at Rye High School and has previously held varsity coach positions with several other high schools in Westchester County.

He served as Program Director for the Westchester Youth Soccer League (WYSL) Select for 2 years and was the Director of Coaching for 6 years. The program was comprised of approximately 30 coaches and over 350 boys and girls from ages 8 to 17.

He was the head coach/trainer for the successful Sting FC Premiere Girls team for 6 years. At the time, they were ranked in the Top 15 in the northeast region. Simultaneously, he worked with numerous local WYSL teams as both coach and/or trainer. Coach Ernest was invited by the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) to participate in the inaugural international educational trip to Buenos Ares, Argentina. It offered coaches the opportunity to interact and learn from professional coaches outside the US to offer unique educational opportunities to pass on to American players.

Education includes a BS in Business Management as well as a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
Coaching Credentials: US Soccer – National Youth Coaching License, USSF – “B” National License, NSCAA -National Goal keeping License, NSCAA – Director of Coaching Diploma
