Specific Training Just For You

The goal of individual training is to design a specific program that shapes the athlete into a more effective soccer player. We carefully evaluate each student to craft a unique training program that will enhance their strengths and improve their opportunities by helping them become more comfortable and confident with the ball. First we improve the basic skill-set then work on more advanced techniques.

 

Training Phases

  1. Evaluation: Detailed evaluation of student/player
  2. Program Design: Design a specific program for the student/player
  3. Improve and Build Basic Skills: Begin program and focus on basic skills development
  4. Basic Skills: Executing basic skills in motion and with pressure
  5. Develop Advanced Skills: Volleys, headers, building the benders etc.
  6. Advanced Skills: Executing advanced skills in motion and under pressure.
